What you are feeling is not weakness or failure. The discomforts you notice are not here to punish you. They are divine nudges, gently calling you to remember who you truly are and why you are here.

These nudges are loving reminders to connect with something greater, the ever present and loving Source of your being. They are calls to remember that you are not separate from this Source. You are a part of it.

You might call this Source God, Universe, Spirit, or Love. Use whatever speaks to your soul. The name does not matter. What matters is recognizing that this loving presence is real and always reaching to guide you back home, back to the full awareness of your true nature.

When you align with this inner wisdom, the emptiness begins to lift, clarity returns, and life starts to make sense in a new way.
The choice is yours. You can listen to the nudges within you, or keep ignoring and numbing how you feel.

In my experience, ignoring these inner nudges does not make them disappear. Left unaddressed, they often grow louder, sometimes showing up as chronic tension, inflammation, anxiety, depression, addiction, or self sabotage.

No matter how long they are suppressed, these divine nudges remain, patiently waiting to be recognized and honored. The invitation remains as well, quietly waiting to be received.

The 15 Message Art paintings were never meant to simply hang on a wall. Each one was meant to be experienced. They gently lead us beyond the illusion of separation and into remembering who we are and why we are here. They help us understand and navigate our lives.

The images and messages for these paintings came through me, not from me. Years after the collection was complete, the messages began arriving and drew me into a twenty-five year journey of receiving, assimilating, and integrating their wisdom. Each Message Art painting became a stepping stone on a path to full awareness.

You do not have to walk the long road I did. What took me decades to embody is gathered for you in a gentle, guided journey through The Message Art Book and The Message Art Study. Both serve as lanterns lit by the path I have already traveled, offering you the light without the years it took to find it. They invite you to turn inward, reconnect with who you truly are, and recognize the deeper meaning within what you have lived.
