There are no tests or grades; the true measure of your progress is your expanding awareness and understanding.

There are no time limits or “right” ways to absorb and integrate the teachings. This journey unfolds uniquely for each participant, at their own pace.

Integration of the study’s contents is a deeply personal and unique process, tailored to your individual growth and spiritual path.

Some concepts in this study may initially challenge your beliefs. When faced with this, ask yourself: Does this message empower me, or does it diminish my sense of self? Messages meant to become part of your truth will empower you and resonate deeply with your soul.

The wisdom within this study continues to expand your awareness long after you’ve completed each module, offering insights that deepen over time.

Your responses and reflections on the exercises and questions in the study are for your personal growth alone, unless you choose to share them with the group. The more participants engage and share, the more everyone—including you—benefits from the collective experience and wisdom.

Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share insights, and present their art projects within the group. My goal is to create a space where each individual feels safe and supported to explore, reflect, and connect.
